Does the stress in your life cause you to act impulsively? Emotional intelligence is all about being the master of your own behavior. More than knowing the right time or place for a conversation, emotional intelligence is the ability to monitor and control your emotions to achieve improved communication and social interactions. This session presented by Barbara Speedling offers strategies and resources for supporting a culture of heightened self-awareness and the development of skills to improve interpersonal communication, teamwork, and successful mediation of conflict.
