Nursing interventions that can promote your resident’s ability to live as independently as possible is our priority as a restorative team. This 3-part series will focus on the details of your role and how to best accomplish restorative nursing tasks with your residents. There will be special attention during each webinar on increasing revenue through the case mix program. Electronic Restorative resources are included.
Learning Objectives for the Series:
Participants will be able to verbalize understanding of the importance of an effective restorative program for quality of care & quality of life for residents to maintain the highest practicable level of functioning.
Participants will be able to verbalize how to develop a collaborative process between nursing and skilled therapists in developing restorative programming.
Participants will be able to describe the key components of the functional assessment process & documentation necessary.
