Learning Objectives for this webinar:
- Understand the regulatory requirements related to development and implementation of individualized, timely, comprehensive, person centered care plans.
- Understand the purpose of care plans related to psychosocial wellbeing for each resident.
- Understand when a Baseline Care Plan must be developed and what should be included in a Baseline Care Plan
- Understand the key components of psychosocial care plans and how to write the required components of the care plan.
