Learning Objectives for this webinar are:

Participants will understand the regulatory requirements related to development and implementation of individualized, timely, comprehensive, person-centered care plans
Participants will understand the purpose of care plans related to psychosocial wellbeing for each resident
Participants will understand when a Baseline Care Plan must be developed and what should be included in a Baseline Care Plan
Participants will understand the key components of psychosocial care plans and how to write the required components of the care plan
